High Speed Lite Internet ** 128k Download/128k Upload - $19.95/Month A nice substitution to dialup. No phone line needed. 3-5 times faster than dialup. A one time install and cable modem purchase required. Provides access to the Internet for one computer. The service is always on; no restriction on how often you use the service each month. (SEE ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY) Also includes 5 complimentary e-mail addresses and 5Mb of personal (non-commercial) web page space. To use our service you must either purchase or rent a DOCSIS compliant cable modem. Basic Internet ** 1000k Download/500k Upload - $39.95/Month A one-time cable modem purchase required. Provides access to the Internet for one computer. The service is always on; no restriction on how often you use the service each month. WIRELESS DOCSIS cable modem rent ** - $9.95/month (additional fee's and equipment maybe needed to setup up service) If you do not wish to purchase your modem, you can Rent a DOCSIS compliant wireless cable modem from TV Cable. (Requires a 6 month commitment to basic Internet service) DOCSIS cable modem rent ** - $4.95/month If you do not wish to purchase your modem, you can Rent a DOCSIS compliant cable modem from TV Cable. (Requires a 6 month commitment to basic Internet service) Additional E-Mail Accounts - $5.00/Month for 5 additional email accounts NWIIS can provide additional e-mail accounts to your current account setup. **Customer may supply his or her own cable modem but it must be DOCSIS compliant and compatible with our system. Other One-time Charges Modem installation (cable customers) - $30.00 A TV Cable Technician will come to your home, install your modem cable outlet, and configure your computer's Ethernet/USB Settings. Installations typically take 1 to 3 hours. Move/transfer - $30.00 If you move to a new address your cable modem must be reinstalled. We ask that you give 2-week notice so that we may properly schedule your reinstall and minimize disruption of your service. Customer premises services - $30.00/Hour TV Cable will repair services up to the house box without charge. If a problem exists in the wiring within your home TV Cable can repair the problem at this hourly rate. Customers will have the option to hire an electrician to repair any internal cable. There is a ½ hour minimum charge for TV Cable labor. Must be a TV Cable customer to receive Internet cable modem service |
